Summer came slowly, and then all at once.

I thought the cold weather would last until February but I was wrong. It's not that I'm complaining ⎯ I love the feeling when the sun burns my skin BUT it was also beautiful how much electricity my parents have saved every night without turning the A/C on. Haha.
This outfit might come out as a surprise for you guys because for the record, this is the most casual look I've ever blogged. I don't mind the casual vibes though because the heat is starting to get in my veins.

I can say this x infinity that I'm so in love with the floaty, soft fabric top that I bought from Topshop about a month ago. I feel like it's the perfect top to get me into that spring/summer state of mind.

Also, you can tell that this pair is my on-the-go shoe game!

So to wrap up this outfit post, I just think that lighter mornings mean lighter clothes.
Also, I love the fact that this look is not only for day out but night as well! All you need is to strap on those heels (or not) and you're good to go.

For the people out there who are still experiencing winter, if you want to distract yourself from the Polar Vortex, plan your spring wardrobe ahead and make way for silky tops because besides being high in comfort, they also racked up loads of repeat appearances on the Spring '14 catwalks, so what's not to love?
